Rolf is a magizooligist, a grandson of Newt Scamander (the author of Magical Beasts and Where To Find Them) and his wife Porpentina. I don’t believe that Rolf himself is ever mentioned in the books.

I’m afraid no one knows as the times have been randomised so as to prevent flooding. I can say, however, that the last two clues have been up within the 9:00 am mark London time, if that’s any indication!
